Who is "Bobby?" Who does he work for? And what does he have to gain?

Don't be mean. I talked to Otis last night. He says this is all a fraud. Otis says anyone can fake a person's voice. A couple of my friends have told me that I called them, but it's not me. I believe Otis.

Bobby WC will not directly answer these questions on his blog:
Otis claims in an e-mail "Bobby Sifuentes Wellington" recommended, and his cousin a real attorney concurred, to make a motion to remove a BISD board member.
Bobby, the only reference was "she" so who was board member? Over what? A FERPA violation?
Otis thinks a "Bobby" was in cahoots with him. You admit you sent e-mails to all the board members including Otis. Were there any e-mails between yourself and Otis only? Did you e-mail certain e-mails to certain group of trustees only?
Are you expecting to be subpoenaed or deposed?

Why is Bobby turning on Otis?
Bobby says he's not with anyone including Joe. Joe who? If he means Joe Colunga, that's not necessarily true. He said the other day he sent e-mails to everyone. So obviously he contacted Colunga.
AND he planned to join Mark Sossi in deposing people. Sossi is deposing people in the Colunga lawsuit on behalf of Colunga. I don't like how things are adding up. I think Bobby is more in this than he's letting on.
He's turning on Sossi now too.
BWC was with Otis and feeding him all kinds of shit. Otis admits to using some shit on the tape. What was BWC getting in return? What favorts? For a while he was hardcore over Ben Neece. Was this part of the dirty work to help Otis and his friends?

Melissa Zamora is a witness in a case she has no reason to be. There shouldn't be a case at all. She missed work because of court. She wasn't happy about it would you? A "Bobby" is tangentially involved with Otis Powers in an audio tape. Why isn't he being deposed and called to testified in all the BISD law suits? He's involved somehow.
Bobby won't predict anything anymore. He's turning his back on Otis and Sossi. Did the sky change colors?
It's as if they stopped doing his bidding or he the heat is getting too close.
BWC is working on a case against BISD. Good for him. He must have gotten his bar license back.
